The world moves quickly, and many of us feel it.
Cloudwatching invites us to pause and slow down.
We believe rest is wisdom, not weakness.
We believe in the ease of meditating with open eyes, gently resting on the sky.
In lying back instead of sitting up straighter.
In being comfortable instead of doing it right.
We believe nature is medicine.
Light is intelligence.
The sky is a teacher.
Awe is a nutrient.
We believe many of us live more in our heads than in our bodies.
Too much screen time and not enough sky.
Too much doing and not enough being.
We believe people crave what is real and alive:
sunlight, fresh air, open sky, movement, and sound;
moments of genuine connection,
moments that awaken the senses
and remind us we are human in a beautiful, living world.
Cloudwatching offers another way…
a way back to the body, the senses, the breath,
and the sky.
A return
to light,
to breath,
to awe,
to yourself.
Under the same sky we all share.

Letty Flohr began her career on Wall Street, driven to achieve and devoted to health and fitness, believing that peak performance would bring her peace. Over time, success brought validation but not fulfillment. She left finance in search of a more authentic way to live and love.
After Wall Street, Letty studied spiritual psychology and restorative movement, earning certifications in personal training, yoga, and Gyrotonic®. She founded Sole to Soul®, a coaching practice helping clients take greater care of themselves, not only physically, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
During one of the most stressful periods of her life, she lay beneath the open sky to rest and felt an unexpected wave of awe and calm. In that stillness, she realized that peace doesn’t come from striving but from allowing. She returned to the sky again and again, curious how something so simple could be so restorative.
Over the next decade, Letty studied and refined this open-eye sky meditation practice, uncovering how rest, panoramic vision, natural light, and awe can restore physiological and emotional well-being. What looked like “the art of doing nothing” was, in fact, quietly harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit.
As part of her doctoral work, Letty conducted a repeatability study confirming the Cloudwatching Method’s effectiveness: participants felt calmer, more present, and more grateful—often noticing insights and intuition after just five minutes.
In a world that feels rushed and ever louder, the Cloudwatching Method offers spaciousness—a quiet moment to pause, look up, and hear your own inner wisdom. Today, Letty shares this open-eye sky meditation through her classes and app as a way to slow down, awaken the senses, and cultivate awe—anytime, anywhere.
