Is my data private?

We take your privacy seriously.

Your journal entries stay on your device or, if you choose to enable iCloud sync, within your iCloud account. We do not have access to your journal content.

We do not intentionally collect any personally identifying information.

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage data—for example, which features are used and for how long—to help improve the app. This information is anonymized and not used to identify individual users.

If you use iCloud sync, your journal data remains encrypted and private under your Apple ID and is subject to Apple’s privacy and security policies.

For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Can I download my journal entries and other data?

Yes. You can export your entries to a CSV file and share them by email, text, or any other share option on your phone. Profile → Journal Entries → View All → Past Sessions → Share Button (top right of screen) → Select individual sessions or select all → Share Button (tap again) → Export as CSV

How do I restore the app on a new phone?
