Join us for an Introductory Class on the Cloudwatching™ Method

Cloudwatching™ is an open-eye sky meditation. It teaches you to soften into change rather than resist it, let your thoughts drift by without engagement, and awaken your senses to the ever-present beauty surrounding you.
It is a living metaphor for life:
• Open • Vast • Ever-changing • Full of beauty •
…if we choose to see it.

Lie Down, Look Up, & Meditate with the Sky
Cloudwatching™ is a sensory-based meditation practice where the eyes become a gateway to calm, clarity, and the beauty of the vast, ever-changing sky. Discover stillness and wonder beneath the open sky.
Clouds are not required. **Do not look directly at the sun, protect your eyes and vision.

FAQs with Letty
Will I be able to do the intentional Cloudwatching™ Method on my own after the Intro Class?
YES! After this 1-hour Zoom class, you will be provided with all the basics so you can do this method on your own safely and comfortably.
I don’t see many clouds where I live, can I still do this method?
Great question. Contrary to the name (Cloudwatching), clouds are not required! Being in a comfortable resting pose while safely looking at the sky promotes a calm and intuitive state, regardless of the sky patterns.
How do I do the method when the weather or air quality does not allow me to be outside?
If the temperature is cold but tolerable, you have the option to bundle up, e.g. with a coat, hat, and/or mittens. However, if it is unsafe or unhealthy to be outdoors, you can lie down on a bed, couch, or chair near a window that allows you to have a partial view of the sky. It is important that you are comfortable temperature-wise, warm rather than cold, in order to promote relaxation while Cloudwatching™.
I don’t have much time. How long do I need to do this method for it to work?
5 minutes is all that is required. Most Cloudwatchers experience a sense of slowing down and experience calm in as few as 5 minutes. Many feel well-rested after 15 minutes. You can always Cloudwatch for longer if that works better for you.
