In this introductory class, you will learn how to lie down, look up, and rest your eyes on the open sky in a way that feels safe, comfortable, and natural. As you relax into this posture, your vision expands, and the method creates conditions for calm and clarity in just five minutes.

You will experience a Cloudwatching session, followed by time for questions and sharing. You will leave with a sense of ease and the confidence to bring this gentle, sky-based practice into your everyday life.
